When to use it
Use BoardAsk when staff spend time hunting PDFs for a vote, a budget figure, or the controlling policy. Use it when a solicitor needs a citation, not a summary without a page. Use it at a work session when the minutes are still a folder of scans. Do not use it for student records, SIS data, or anything the district has not already made public.
