These terms cover this website and use of BoardAsk when no services agreement applies. BoardAsk is operated by Just Right Place, LLC.
A district’s services agreement
A services agreement with a school board covers that district. It sets the sources, the fees, the term, who may sign in, and how we handle that district’s records. If the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls. These terms do not change a services agreement.
The service
BoardAsk answers from published records and opens the page the answer came from. The cited page is the record. The answer is not a substitute for the district’s solicitor, board secretary, or adopted policy. BoardAsk does not replace the district website, board portal, or policy host.
Use
Use BoardAsk for lawful purposes. Do not try to reach records the district has not published. You are responsible for what you do with an answer, and for activity on an account issued to you.
Accounts
The district names who may sign in. Keep that access to the people the district named.
Changes
We may update this website and these terms. We will change the date on this page when we do. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms. A signed services agreement changes only in writing, as that agreement says.
